No plumbing,cabinets,freezer,serving window glass or screens.It does have electrical installed which includes the outside plug and lock box,breaker box,recepticals ect.All this is in the walls like our regular trailers.You take it from there.We also sell parts that we normally use in the completetion of our regular trailer line.
